Booking Conditions
The reservation is definitely confirmed with the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount within 7 days following confirmation.
The balance will be paid directly to the hotel at the end of the stay.
With the payment of the deposit , the general conditions and also the cancellation conditions are considered understood and legally accepted.
Deposit
The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation of the booking by the customer ( except for the cases indicated in the general conditions ).
We recomend taking out a cancellation insurance.
Late Arrival or early Departure
The customer is required to pay the full amount of the stay in case of late arrival or early departure.
Conditions of modification of the stay
The customer is required to pay the full amount of the stay even in the event of delayed arrival or early departure.
In case it is necessary to change the dates of the booked stay with new dates in the current season (or in the following season), with 21 days notice and compatibly with the availability of the structure, the deposit will be fully recovered in the following stay as long as the cost of the new stay is equal or higher amount of the previously booked stay.
The modification of the dates of the stay is possible only by respecting the terms of the cancellation conditions below.
In case of cancellation even of the 2nd stay, regardless of when the cancellation occurs, the deposit paid will be automatically withheld in full without the possibility of rebooking.
Conditions of cancellation of the stay
- For cancellations greater than 21 days before arrival, 50% of the amount of the deposit paid will be retained.
- For cancellations from 21 to 10 days before arrival, 75% of the amount of the deposit paid will be retained
- For cancellation less than 10 days from the date of arrival, the amount under of deposit is entirely retained;
